In-Flight Catering Coordination
Onboard, exactly as ordered.
Onboard, exactly as ordered.
For charter and executive flights, catering has to be sourced, confirmed and delivered to the aircraft on a schedule that lines up with boarding, not with whatever the kitchen finds convenient. AviaGreene coordinates catering suppliers at each airport we serve, confirms the order in writing, and tracks delivery so it is on the aircraft ahead of departure.
We work from whatever menu or dietary requirements you provide, including specific allergy or religious dietary needs, and confirm those details with the supplier directly rather than passing along a general request.
This is typically booked alongside ground handling for the same rotation, since catering delivery is coordinated with the same ramp team already managing your turnaround.
What this covers
- Catering sourced from local suppliers at each airport we serve
- Dietary and allergy requirements confirmed directly with the caterer
- Delivery timed to boarding, not general availability
- Works alongside ground handling for the same rotation
- Confirmation in writing before the flight departs
Common questions
Can you source catering for specific dietary requirements?
Yes. Tell us the requirement when you book and we confirm it directly with the supplier rather than leaving it as a general note.
How far ahead do you need catering orders?
At least 24 hours for standard requests. Shorter notice is possible depending on the airport and supplier, and we will tell you honestly if a request cannot be met in time.
Is catering coordination only available with ground handling, or can it stand alone?
It can be booked on its own, though most operators combine it with ground handling since both are coordinated on the ramp for the same rotation.
