Pilgrimage Flight Support
Seasonal operations, handled with the same rigour.
Seasonal operations, handled with the same rigour.
Pilgrimage flights, including Hajj and Umrah charters, come with their own operational pressure: high passenger volumes, tight seasonal scheduling, and multiple flights moving through the same airport in a short window. AviaGreene supports operators running these seasonal programmes with the same ground handling, permits and passenger flow coordination we provide year-round, scaled to the volume a pilgrimage season requires.
We work with airlines and charter operators ahead of the season to plan slot allocation across multiple flights, confirm ground handling capacity for peak days, and coordinate passenger processing so large groups move through the airport without the delays that come with under-planned high-volume operations.
This is booked well ahead of the pilgrimage season, since slot and handling capacity at peak periods needs to be reserved early rather than requested close to departure.
What this covers
- Slot planning across multiple flights in the same season
- Ground handling capacity confirmed ahead of peak days
- Passenger flow coordination for high-volume groups
- Overflight and landing permits filed for the full seasonal schedule
- Early-season planning to secure capacity before demand peaks
Common questions
How far ahead of the pilgrimage season should we contact you?
As early as possible once your flight schedule is set. Slot and handling capacity at peak periods fills up, and early planning gives us more room to secure what you need.
Can you handle multiple flights across the same season for one operator?
Yes, this is the typical shape of a pilgrimage booking. We plan across the full schedule rather than one flight at a time.
Do you handle both the outbound and return legs of a pilgrimage charter?
Yes, ground handling, permits and passenger coordination are arranged for both directions as part of the same booking.
