The terms behind every quote we send.
Plain-language terms covering how we quote, book and deliver aviation services — and what to expect if a permit, schedule or weather situation changes.
Who These Terms Cover
These terms apply whenever you use aviagreene.com, request a quote, or engage AviaGreene Solutions Ltd. ("AviaGreene," "we," "us") for ground handling, permits, fuel, dispatch, catering, HOTAC, ground transport, pilgrimage flight support, or any other service line we offer.
By submitting a quote request or confirming a booking with us, you're agreeing to the terms below. If something here doesn't match what was agreed in a separate signed contract for your operation, the signed contract takes priority.
Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are based on the flight details, dates and scope you give us at the time of the request. Because permit costs, fuel prices and third-party handling fees move — sometimes with very little notice — a quote is an estimate until it's confirmed in writing against a specific date and routing.
- A booking is only confirmed once we've sent written confirmation, not just an initial quote.
- Changes to routing, dates, aircraft type or passenger count after confirmation may change the price.
- We'll flag cost changes as soon as we're aware of them — we don't apply surprise fees after the fact without telling you.
Permits, Regulatory Approvals and Third Parties
Overflight permits, landing permits and similar approvals are issued by government and regulatory bodies we don't control. We submit applications promptly and follow up on your behalf, but we can't guarantee approval timelines or outcomes that sit with a third-party authority.
The same applies to fuel suppliers, ground handlers, caterers and hotels we coordinate on your behalf at destination airports — we vet our partners carefully, but we're arranging their services, not personally performing them.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote and vary by service type and client relationship (one-off charter support vs. a recurring contract). Typical terms include a deposit or full payment in advance of service delivery for new clients, moving to invoiced terms for established accounts.
Late payment may delay service arrangement — permits, fuel uplift and ground handling providers generally require payment or guarantee before they'll commit resources to your flight.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and what's already been committed on your behalf (permits filed, fuel reserved, ground handling booked). Where a third-party provider charges a cancellation fee, that cost is passed through.
Tell us about a change or cancellation as early as possible — the earlier we know, the more we can usually save you.
Weather, Delays and Events Outside Our Control
Aviation is weather- and schedule-dependent. We're not liable for delays, diversions or cancellations caused by weather, air traffic control restrictions, airport closures, strikes, government action, or other events reasonably outside our control. We'll do what we can to help you adapt the plan when these things happen.
Limitation of Liability
AviaGreene's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question, except where liability can't legally be limited (such as death, personal injury, or fraud).
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost bookings, lost revenue, or similar — arising from delays or issues caused by third parties we coordinate on your behalf.
