Flight Dispatch & Route Planning
Every leg planned before it flies.
Every leg planned before it flies.
Flight dispatch covers everything that needs to be confirmed before a flight is cleared to depart: the route itself, current weather along that route, fuel planning, and slot availability at both the departure and arrival airport. AviaGreene handles this alongside the rest of your ground support so your operations team is not coordinating dispatch separately from permits and handling.
We prepare flight plans, monitor weather along the planned route in the hours before departure, and flag anything that would require a re-plan, whether that is a weather system, an airspace restriction, or a slot conflict at the destination.
This service is most valuable for operators flying into Nigerian or regional airspace for the first time, where local NOTAMs and slot procedures are not something an outside operations team would already know.
What this covers
- Flight plan preparation for the full route
- Weather monitoring in the hours before departure
- NOTAM tracking and route re-planning when needed
- Airport slot coordination at departure and arrival
- Works as a standalone service or bundled with permits and handling
Common questions
Do you handle dispatch for international routes, or only within Nigeria?
Both. We plan dispatch for flights that touch Nigerian airspace, whether that is the full route or a single leg of a longer international operation.
What happens if weather changes after the flight plan is filed?
We monitor conditions up to departure and will contact you with a re-plan recommendation if something changes that affects the filed route.
Can flight dispatch be booked without your other services?
Yes, though most operators find it more efficient to bundle it with ground handling and permits since the same team is coordinating all three.
